Ingredients
175g of self-raising flour
180ml of milk
1 egg
2 tbsp of sugar
1 pack of your favourite Chocolate Nut Butter Cups
Handful of fresh raspberries
Toppings are up to you, we like:
Fresh raspberries
Smooth Peanut Butter
Method
- Mix flour & sugar together in a bowl.
- Whisk in the beaten egg & milk.
- Chop your two chocolate nut butter cups into pieces then add these into the mixture along with the raspberries. Mix.
- Fry your pancakes in a pan on a medium-high heat until golden on both sides.
- Finish with a drizzle of your favourite peanut butter & fresh fruit.
