Fluffy Chocolate Peanut Butter & Raspberry Pancakes

Nut butter cups in the batter. Trust us. 

Ingredients

175g of self-raising flour
180ml of milk
1 egg
2 tbsp of sugar
1 pack of your favourite Chocolate Nut Butter Cups
Handful of fresh raspberries 

Toppings are up to you, we like:

Fresh raspberries
Smooth Peanut Butter 

Method

  1. Mix flour & sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Whisk in the beaten egg & milk.
  3. Chop your two chocolate nut butter cups into pieces then add these into the mixture along with the raspberries. Mix.
  4. Fry your pancakes in a pan on a medium-high heat until golden on both sides.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of your favourite peanut butter & fresh fruit.
