To help get you in the mood for love this Valentine’s Day, we'll be launching a four day ‘Love Lab’ in Shoreditch from 13-16th February 2019.
At the heart of the Love Lab will be bookable workshops, where you'll be able to blend your own bespoke ‘Love Lab’ nut butter with a helping hand from a resident Pip & Nut ‘Squirrelogist’. You can also personalise your jar with our on-site calligrapher and send a love note to your favourite nut.
Wondering what you'll whip up in a Love Lab workshop? Working with a base of peanut or almond butter (known already for their aphrodisiac qualities), you'll choose from a selection of other romance-inducing ingredients such as chilli, vanilla and strawberries, to make your perfect blend. As well as taking home your own personalised jar, you'll also get your paws on a special Love Lab goody bag. To help spread the love, we will gift Hackney Foodbank a jar of peanut butter for every ‘Love Lab’ edition made.
You can also book a slot to drop in for free. This does not include a workshop but you'll have access to the rest of the pop-up, including the calligraphy station, the Valentine's cards (free postage on us), the poetry wall and our Love Lab merch. There is an optional donation to Hackney Food Bank with free tickets.
